Perhaps move to Bowen and write that novel you’ve always wanted to? Two bathrooms, one at each end of the house for convenience and privacy, both spacious and well maintained. Out the back is an expansive paved, covered and private outdoor entertaining or relaxing space fringed by lush gardens: dining, relaxing, yoga, take your pick. Internal laundry with storage, plus extra storage in the hallway. A single car lockup garage plus access up the side of the house for extra parking or boat storage. Rose Bay is only a short stroll away, a new cafe has opened at the end of the street, and town is only a 10 minute drive away (or catch the bus from the stop next to the cafe). If you’re feeling energetic, take the scenic bush walking trail to Horseshoe Bay via Mother Beddock lookout.
